DO NOT USE!!! There are plenty of better options out there - NOT Surepass!
Have had exactly the same experience as the person below only probably worse! Put my deposit down just before lockdown end of March, had no updates/communication from them for months though I understood the situation with them being suspended and so was very patient. Up until last month when I still hasn’t heard anything and rang them - knowing that lessons had been restarted in England for a good few weeks - was told to wait indefinitely until a test could be booked. After telling them I wasn’t bothered about getting a test booked I just wanted to at least start my lessons, was spoken to really poorly by a woman who outright refused and told me to wait. Last week an instructor (Lydia) at last contacted me to arrange lessons - but advised me that she only worked up to 4pm weekdays and had no weekends available for the rest of the year! After telling her I had a 9-5 job, she asked if I could be “flexible” around her. Then sent me a message saying “good luck” with a smile emoji. Unprofessional and disgusting treatment! That’s what I waited 6 months for! Could I go back and ask them to put in touch with another local instructor and go through it all again? Yes. Have I got the time or energy to do that, when I can just find someone else? No. Enough’s enough and after going on another provider’s website the other day - only got a lesson booked with a local instructor for next week! If only I’d just done that in the first place... And just for good measure, they’ve even messed me around giving me my refund (surprise surprise) Spoke to their customer services several times this week and again today (hopefully for the last time), said a manager needed to review it (why???) - so they can think of a reason not to pay out!? Promised a call back by Angela, never happened, lied to by Andrew - saying my details were wrong and I’d been emailed - I hadn’t - the whole set up is honestly just one big sham! Seriously DO NOT go anywhere near Surepass! Even accounting for the disruption from Covid, the way they’ve treated me has been genuinely awful service from start to finish - everyone I’ve spoke to on their customer service number was downright rude. And clearly their instructors aren’t much better.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! Took £80 from me as a deposit for an intense driving course, assuring me if I paid that day I would be one of the first to have a driving test confirmed once the booking become open again. They booked my test and confirmed in email from the DVSA only to hear from my instructor the following eve that he already had a booking for that day so I’d need to re arrange. I can’t re arrange for another 6 weeks now. Customer service terrible on the phone, no apologies, no gesture of goodwill just told simply to have a refund and cancel my test. I have arranged childcare and annual leave through work around my test date. I am furious.
