What an amazing job
What an amazing job, Alan Leech and Kevin Luker, did clearing the rat infestation at my parents house. They went above and beyond to be kind and curtious, customer service was excellent and they made my mum and dad feel confident and safe with the whole procedure. Very professional in what was a difficult situation. Thank you so much.

Home Biting Insect problem
Home Biting Insect problem : My first dealings were fine - sticky traps were delivered . When nothing was found I reported back. Local operator called at the property promptly and was polite and knowledgeable. We continued with another set of traps - but again nothing was caught. Problem hadn't gone away so some time later I decided to go ahead with a course of insecticide and paid £670 mid August via their phone system . Two months later nothing had happened - no phone calls to arrange visit , no response to my email to the local technician, no manager callbacks to the phonecalls I made asking what was happening . So last week I decided to cancel the job and ask for a refund. I will take my business elsewhere. A week has gone by and still no refund. Managers are meant to be calling me but none have. The only thing they need to explain is why nothing happened for 2 months - no way am I reinstating this contract . Customer Complaints staff have been polite and helpful throughout but have been let down by totally inept local staff . Edit - Local manager has just emailed me to say he has authorised the refund and it will be processed shortly.

I have had a massively positive experience with Rentokil. Matt who came to my house was incredible from beginning to end. I even called him a couple of times to answer questions and he was so helpful I am so glad we used Rentokil.

When I opened the door to the man he…
When I opened the door to the man he was all prepared with the covid guidelines, a mask and covers over his shoes. We told him where we heard the rats and he put the traps and a camera to see if any could be caught. He cleared up after himself and was really professional.Over the 5 visits, he checked the traps,camera and powder and kept us informed of what he was doing. He was very polite, and one of the best workman that has come into our house.

Unhelpful telephone staff
So I haven’t actually gotten to the point of using rentokil but I won’t be either as based on the initial phone call I felt no desire to book in as the person on the other end of the phone was so disinterested and borderline rude that it didn’t leave me all that enthused about the rest of the experience...sorry rentokil your sales staff let you down

Wayne from Rentokil East of England - Norfolk, is excellent. He is always polite and respectful and is conscious of the job that we have to do. He always checks that he is OK to enter and phones ahead if he feels that it might be at an inconvenient time. He always goes above and beyond with advice and knowledge. He recently went beyond the call of duty and helped me with another property that wasn't on his patch. Just to be helpful.

I called rentokil to help with mice in…
I called rentokil to help with mice in the flat. Someone came out and quoted approx GBP 500 to get rid of the mice. Two weeks later, we heard mice noises and the same person came out again, laid some traps but the mice aren't going in them. I found some extra holes and asked them to fill them and I haven't heard back since.... (2 weeks ago)

Derek provided a first class service as he normally does. On receipt of the call from the Helpdesk, he went the extra mile to ensure that we were attended to that day. He clearly shows and explains what action he has undertaken on each visit and ascertains if we have any concerns or issues.

Luke is always brilliant
Luke is always brilliant, whether it be a usual maintenance visit or something specific. The recent call out was due to a wasps nest that needed treating and Luke sorted it straight away. He is always courteous, helpful and professional, giving exceptional customer service when on site and when checking that all is ok after any visits.
