Although the candidate we found through the recruiter was excellent, the service from the company was very poor and their methods, as other reviewers stated are very questionable. he recruiter we have dealt with, Louie Reeds has been all sugar until the deal was confirmed, and provided 0 support after. Avoid this company or that specific recruiter if possible.

I'm a contract engineer who was hunting around the internet looking for a position. Loaded my CV up to a site that then posted jobs available from recruitment company Panacea. When in touch with them I had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Kate Gillespie. From our first phone call to our final one, for the moment, her professionalism shone through. She kept me updated all along the way relaying her conversations with the employers back to myself once a week during my search. I liked the once a week approach as neither party was being bombarded with spurious information. The conversations were always crystal clear during our discussions, she even had time for a little light hearted banter at the end of each call, which definitely brought a smile to my face & kept my feelings about her & her company extremely positive. Although Panacea were beaten in the foot race to employ me by another agency on this particular occasion I will not hesitate to contact them again in future when seeking employment. Kate is THE most professional recruiter I've had the pleasure of dealing with whilst I have been a contractor, this being some 30 years. Keep it up
