What you see is what you get
My experience was good. J9 is a lettings agency on the lower end of the market.
You definitely won't be impressed with the glamour but they were quick, cheap and actually polite while doing it.
Room was fairly nice, it was a house share so basic living room and kitchen.
Only paid £90 a week all bills included.
Great place if you need somewhere to stay short term.
