Been working for them for best part of 4 months, done them many favours like coming in on days off. Sacked for no reason and now never allowed to work in the warehouse. Dissappointing and appalled by the treatment.

Made to register with blue arrow with all promises under the sun. Its been 3 months of constant chasing to get a driving assessment for cadburys. Whenever I call Becky is either busy or says she will find out and get back to me, this never happens im sick and tired of waiting and chasing them up. Registered with another agency for the same job and got an assessment next week booked already. Would not recommend from my experience.

Terrible lack of communication
I applied for a job listed by Blue Arrow on the Indeed job website. Approximately 1 week later I was contacted by Blue Arrow regarding the position asking if I was okay with them sending my CV over to the company. I agreed, after they sent me details of the company. The agency stated that the company were looking to fill the position asap and asked if I was in a position to start immediately, as I'm currently furloughed I said I could start immediately after informing my current company to end my furlough. I haven't heard anything since.. over a week later. I've sent an email to Blue Arrow asking for an update and not received any acknowledgement whatsoever, not even one to say they had received my details to pass to the company. I feel I was just contacted to 'fill' up their books with prospective jobseekers after the covid19. If they ever do contact me again, I shall treat them the same and delete and not respond..avoid this agency!

Awful
Me and my partner worked for Blue Arrow in a warehouse for months until we had enough, constantly every week we was both underpaid, sometimes by £200!! Took them ages to sort it out. Tried making me work 12 hour shifts knowing I had a medical condition. Was spoken to like dirt off their shoes 24/7. Mentally draining.

working at Blue Arrow was a great experience. The people were friendly and the work pace was fast. They leave a good amount of trust in their employees and there's room to grow at the company.

This used to be professional agency few years back but not anymore. They trade with people like they trade sausages in Tesco. Their immoral practises are: Promising and advertising nonexistent jobs Unprofessional behaviour on phone during Covid-19 with the attitude ' we got so many desperate applicants we dont give a damn'.One advisor said to me' we got 56 applicants for that role and its up to me who i decide to give a job to. Taking advantage of desperate people looking for job during Covid-19 Seems like they accept people from call centres rather than genuine recruiters so don't expect any class here.

Molly Hinton is appalling!!!
Molly Hinton is an absolute disgrace as is the company itself! I applied for a remote role last week and on the 27th May, Molly emailed me regarding the role and to check if my laptop met a certain specification required for the role. The email advised to reply if it did in order to proceed to the next step. I replied duly within the hour confirming I have everything required for the role and to enquire about the next step. I was completely ignored and have just received an email 2 hours ago and nearly a week later stating the position has now been filled. I have never come across such an unprofessional "recruiter" who ignores emails they have sent out to candidates. What an appallingly reflection of her and the company who employ people like this. Why bother contacting people just to ignore them?? When I called to speak with her it was no surprise she "was on a call". I have now told friends and family to give this sham of a recruitment company a very wide berth as I have heard and read nothing but awful reviews on them. Molly Hinton you should be ashamed of yourself treating candidates like you have during these extremely turbulent times!!!

Molly Hinton is a disgrace at Blue Arrow
Endinburgh office advertised for a job with Capita. I spoke to Molly and she advised me that I would be able to start the job at home in 3 days. I submitted all the details to her online within the hour and also did the test online. I got an email directly from Capita offering me a conditional job offer pending a DBS check. I sent them the details and which was successfully sent and they acknowledged this. I then tried to ring Molly at Blue Arrow on several occasions only to be told she is not there or on so called conference calls. I was told she would call me back but i didn’t receive no calls. When I tried calling back I was told she was there and then all of a sudden that she is busy when they asked me what my name was and at this point I started to get a feeling she was now trying to avoid me. Then i went on the internet to have a look at the reviews as something was not quite right. Once I read the reviews it became apparent that I was only used to fill their books or they were racist and did not give non white jobs. I finally managed to get hold of her to my shock she advised me there are no more jobs. When I challenged Molly she was gobsmacked and went quite for about 5 minutes as she clearly did not know what to say or what to do. You could clearly tell she was trying to look for an excuse but the only thing she said was there was 15000 people that applied. Again, I told her that I have received a job offer from Capita she advised me it was just a mistake. So Capita sending me a job offer was a mistake and again went quite and did. Or know what to say or do. I told her that I read the reviews and was expecting the same when I realised I was not promised any call backs or anything from them and she couldn’t care less about what was happening. I advised her that I was going to complain to head office and tell them how they have treated me she said that’s was fine and advised me to go ahead. My experienced with Blue Arrow and this so called Molly that was working there is not fit to work for Blue Arrow or represent it at all. Molly is not fit to recruit people as she is either clearly incompetent or a racist. Please DO NOT get a job or give any of your details to this company ad you will not be given a job. My first experience with Blue Arrow is shocking and will never approach this company ever again. The only agent I will be using will be MANPOWER. Manpower are the best and if you genuinely want to get a job then contact them and they are professional. Molly the agent who works for Blue Arrow is a loss to this company. Pity I couldn’t give no stars as if there was that option she would not even got 1 star. Blue Arrow please could you investigate into this matter urgently.

Glasgow office
Worked for Lloyd’s through Blue Arrow communication before the interview was quick and efficient however after I received my offer for the job all communication stopped. There are two main points of contact in the Glasgow office for Lloyd’s however one is overwhelmed with other projects and will tell you they have four projects they are working on and unrealistically tell you they will still assist and give you a deadline date for the query to be resolved. The query date will surpass and after numerous emails and telephone calls they are miraculously unavailable and at meetings. The staff are rude and made myself feel like I was in a cattle market with just a number attached. No compassion, assistance or even basic communication present only the bonus they receive is taken into account to get numbers in the door. The company are in efficient and couldn’t make it more clear that they don’t care about staff. If you think of asking for your holiday hours you will be waiting on average 2 months to even get the calculation and by that time they will probably have expired by then with no prior notice. The office it unprofessional and the staff are rude and unhelpful please avoid at all costs is not worth the stress as per prev reviews on here the communication does not exist.

Just the worst
Just the worst. No point in giving a review as theyll just complain and get it removed through a process you dont get much say in. Take my word for it, they are really bad. Theyve been in edinburgh employment market over 20 years yet they have had something like 40 times 5 star rated reviews on google review over the past month, bumping them up to 4.2 stars average out of a grand total of 72 reviews. Anybody find that suspicious. They are just as dishonest in the review process as they are as an employment agency.
