Under 2 hours from contact to heating…
Under 2 hours from contact to heating restored Able was the 4th set of gas engineers I had called for help with my heating. The response was helpful and supportive and they kept me informed. An engineer called to say he would arrive in 15 minutes, on arrival the engineer was well presented, polite, efficient and knowledgeable; the fault was quickly detected and we now have heating again.

Put in a call for a blocked drain
Put in a call for a blocked drain. Prompt polite same day service. Will certainly keep their number in case of future need. Highly recommend this firm.

Had an emergency losing keys to garage…
Had an emergency losing keys to garage door. One phone call and less than 24 hours later the lock had been changed. Emergency over! 5 stars

Literally a waste of our time.
Positive: came out promptly. Negatives: told us he’d go away and source a fix, didn’t do anything of the sort and got the company secretary to fob us off on his behalf when we called back. Charged £95 for the privilege. Got a recommendation from someone else, job done, but wish I’d never bothered with this mob first.

Courteous, friendly and efficient
The office lady answered the phone quickly and courteously and quoted to replace our broken windows and arrange for the glazier to come the next day. The glazier turned up early, removed our broken window and replaced it perfectly, clearing up after himself. He was friendly, courteous and efficient.

We had problems with our front door…
We had problems with our front door lock, so it was urgent we got it sorted. The job was carried out in a few hours, so very happy with the technician who called, and he explained the problem and repaired the door, replacing the lock.

Had a bee's nest in the garden outside the back door. Wanted it seen to before the bees became too established. Arrived within the hour and dealt with it very quickly. Very friendly and reassuring. Thank you Kathy

On opening the main door at a…fast and efficient job
On opening the main door at a residential home the wind ripped the door out of the managers hand and hit a wooden carving which caused the glass to have a spider web effect. I called able group and the glass was replaced in a little over 2 hours. The engineer left the area clean and tidy. Very impressed

Didn't show up. Not a 24/7 service
Phoned them late one evening for an emergency. They answered saying someone would be over within 60-90 minutes. No-one turned up. Had a message from them an hour later asking me to call back. Took half an hour before they replied when they informed me they couldn't get anyone to me at all. It's advertised as a 24/7 service, they answer telling you someone will be over. Clearly none of this is true, it's just whether they can find an electrician who can be bothered to come out late at night. If you need someone urgently, don't call.

He came out repaired faulty pipe…
He came out repaired faulty pipe which Was leaking water then he drained the water out of the system. A second time because it didn't work the first . We woke the next day no hot water no heating for three days . So we had to get another engineer to come out and fix the heating and hot Water system and pay again so in all it was expensive weekend

I searched online for a company that…
I searched online for a company that removes and refit a glass on my window so I can get my new sofa into my property, and I found this company. I was so happy I did. Their customers service was top notch and the engineer is the best I've ever come across. He was flexibility, professional and really knows his trade. Thank you very much for easing my troubles after I realised that the sofa cannot fit through the door way. A happy customer.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, I called them because one of my widows smashed, they said someone would have come the next day. The following day they cancelled and rescheduled twice and eventually didn’t come. The following day someone came over To take measurements and he advised me that i would have received a quote soon. They literally DISAPPEARED and after two days when I called them to chase the quote a customer service lady simply told me that the engineer was “not happy to carry out the work” and to “call someone else”. simply put: TERRIBLE! Don’t call them

I am very pleased with the product and…
I am very pleased with the product and the service I received. I booked them one week and they came the next week to replace the panels in my two windows where the seals had failed. The glazier doing the job was quick and professional. I would recommend that you the Able Group.

Replacement of double glazed unit
Needed to replace a misted double glazed unit. The company gave me a quote over the phone based on measurements I provided. They sent someone to come and do proper measurements. The unit was ready within 10 days and took five minutes to install. All very quick and easy

Disgusting Company
Charged me £206.00 for 30 minutes work and did not even have the decency to inform me what the issue was, then took 2 days to provide a quote for fixing 3 lights - which they stated was £600.00 plus VAT. Absolutely disgusting - day light robbery and staff on the call were rude and unhelpful - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Excellent Service
excellent service - problem sorted within 15 mins of contact - pest controller booked for next day - not the cheapest , but damn good service - sometimes it's worth paying a bit more for good service

Great service
Excellent, prompt service both on the call and when the expert came out to the house. Arrived within 3 hours of the call being made. Had a problem with a bees nest in a position that meant it couldn’t be left. Problem sorted in no time at all. Wound the hesitate to use this company again.
