Able Group
I have used this group before. They are quick off the mark, reliable over appointments and their people do a good job. I have only used them on a few window repairs so I have no idea how their prices compare.

Brilliant Service.
My window wouldn’t shut due to the hinge breaking. Live in a ground floor flat and Able were fantastic. Explained costings and advised when they would be there. Arrived within 4 hours of me first calling them and it was fixed within 10 minutes. So impressed. Found Able Group by chance but will now always look for their services first. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Brilliant service.

Excellent Service would highly recommend
Able are a national company that sub contracts locally and I approached after several conflicting pieces of advice from local companies. Called in and spoke to a very efficient and friendly person without needing to be passed around and explained issue with bees. Advised could have someone there next day, explained price and what was included very clearly. Gave an estimated callout time between 10am and 3pm but said the pest control person would call 30 minutes in advance. Alex arrived next day and called ahead exactly as planned. Alex was fantastic a really nice bloke, gave great advice and dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. Company phoned later that day and took payment by card. Overall very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Called in the morning regarding a wasp nest in eaves. Given a quote . All okay. Very nice man arrived and dealt with problem the same day no fuss no bother Very pleased with the service. Would recommend. "Does exactly what it says on the tin"! Thank you

i had a wasps nest phoned up and could pick day and time to suit me the man that came was really helpful and answered all my question was really quick and easy would recommend

The operator turned up
The operator turned up. No explanation of what to do He left his engine running for about 5 minutes then just left without saying anything. Had to phone up to find out what to do next. For £110 I think this was a very poor service.

States on website 'no call out charge'. On arrival of the 'wasp nest removal expert', I was informed that if he did not carry out the work, there would be a call out charge!!! Work carried out - 6 days later I still have wasps active around the nest and they will not respray without a further charge, even though I informed them of the activity earlier in the week when I was informed to 'give it a few more days'. Once they have your money they don't seem to want to know. Everything they tell you verbally - is contradictory to what is stated on their website, or their website is very misleading. I have paid over £100 - and still have wasps in the same place. How many more of you are there like me?

Rang this morning to arrange someone to unblock a sink waste pipe. I was informed an employee would attend to fix the problem between 1200 and 1700 hrs, at about 1630hrs they contacted me to say they could no longer attend to deal with the problem. Absolutely awful customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised by this…
I was pleasantly surprised by this company, I have used similar types on company before to organise works to be done to houses and was always let down. these guys delivered and the electrician who came to do the job was a credit to the business. Would recommend and use again Thank you for your help
